The Bible doesn’t suggest faith—it commands it. It doesn’t say the just may live by faith; it says the just shall. That makes faith a non-negotiable component of your walk with God. It is the very air your spirit breathes. Without faith, there is no pleasing God. Without faith, your spiritual senses remain dull. Without faith, your destiny remains untapped.

If we are to live by faith, then we must do more than talk about it—we must understand it, define it, and keep it alive!

💡 TWO TYPES OF FAITH

There are two types of faith in operation on the earth today:

1. The God-kind of Faith
   This is the kind of faith that speaks, believes, acts, endures, and overcomes. It sees the invisible, believes the impossible, and receives the miraculous.
2. The Devil’s Kind of Faith
   Yes, there’s such a thing. This is a twisted counterfeit—rooted in fear, doubt, anxiety, and unbelief. It masquerades as caution or realism but leads you away from the truth and power of God’s Word.

We must be deliberate about cultivating the God-kind of faith and violently rejecting every form of fear-driven faith.

📉 THE DANGER OF UNDEFINED FAITH

Picture this: A woman receives £100 in a foreign currency she doesn’t understand. Not knowing its worth, she could be deceived into trading it for something far less valuable—simply because she doesn’t know what she holds.

This is what happens to many Christians. They’ve received the precious gift of faith but lack the definition and understanding to steward it. Instead of living victoriously by faith, they settle for living by:

• Relationships
• Resources
• Reputation
• Randomness (trial and error)

But God didn’t call us to live by chance. He called us to live by certainty in His Word. Faith must not be mixed. Faith must not be diluted. Faith must lead.

🧭 FAITH GOVERNS, NOT ASSISTS

Don’t treat faith as a spiritual assistant. It is not your backup plan when all else fails—it is the foundation of your life in Christ. Faith governs your:

• Decisions
• Reactions
• Relationships
• Finances
• Assignments
• Destiny

If faith isn’t your compass, another spirit will lead you—and that’s dangerous ground.
